No. A lot of inside traders got wind of large contracts or put options against the financials. Those contracts expire 60 days from the time they were made.

Why not 59-60? that would be a weekend too. Why martial law on your weekend? martial law come six or on Sunday. this means when it comes its on a weekend where Saturday is the 6th. this happens in April. link for 6 or sunday?
