Everybody finds what they personally believe to be truth, and they find it on the basis of arbitrary criteria that just seems reasonable to them. For me, it seems reasonable that the universe is designed, and that the Designer would communicate with us. I look at the forensic evidence for the resurrection of Jesus and am convinced that it happened, and everything else I believe about the Designer flows from that fact. This is where the "authority" comes from: that Jesus rose from the dead and thereby proved his divinity. So I build what is true from the basis of what Jesus taught.

So I follow Jesus, not religion, to be saved. If he says he's the only "way, truth, and life", then it must be true. And if it is true, then other ways must be false. That's just how I see it.

Man is the head of the family. The Man makes the decisions. The Man rules the World, in politics and the like. That is the natural order. To have women ruling is anti-nature.

There's a difference? Humans are outside of the rules of nature that God set when He created the earth?
