I don't understand why they need cell phones either. If it is for emergencies or job offers wouldn't it be more cost effective to give them a land line? OR for that matter, if they MUST give cell phones make it incoming calls only and emergency 911 out going. What is next HD flat screens so they can watch instructional videos for a potential job that they will find some reason NOT to take?

Believe me, they don't just use those cell phones for jobs unless if you call drug dealing jobs. They have arrested many people in our area selling drugs and all of them had the free cell phones from the government. Gosh what is this world coming to. They also did an investigation through the local TV station and many were using the cell phones just for drug deals, and for reasons it is not suppose to be used for. Makes me think the government is helping to support the criminals in our communities.
