Unified Police Lt. Justin Hoyal confirmed that three people were shot in a house at 450 W. 8200 South in Midvale Tuesday morning. Details on the exact nature of the shooting have not been released. Police are searching for 25-year-old David Fresques, who they have identified as their suspect. They describe him as a 5-foot 8-inch Hispanic male, balding and of medium build (about 180 pounds). He was was seen driving a white Nissan Maxima. "We don't know if there are other suspects out there as well or who was involved," said Unified Police Lt. Justin Hoyal. According to Canyons School District, Sandy Elementary and East Sandy Elementary have also imposed a lockdown. Officers were stationed at each of the schools.
