there's also some 4% real estate closing tax, thought went into effect under 0bama care... (think it was) haven't heard if that's gone into effect yet or not...that won't get talked about much, believe it or not most people will never even know they've been charged this new tax unless they really read all of their closing papers, and the 'closers' sure ain't gonna tell it.
