Last night at a little before 7 pm my DSL line stopped working and all calls from my phone started getting an all circuits busy message. Come to find out shortly thereafter it is happening to the entire town.
Got up this morning to see news of NK's nuke test. Did a little digging and find the test occurred minutes before our phones died.
Coincidence?
