He never emerged from the ruins and hours later a charred body was found in the basement of the burned cabin along with a wallet and personal items, including a California driver's license with the name Christopher Dorner, an official briefed on the investigation told The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because of the ongoing investigation.

Related reply I posted on one of the other threads just a few minutes ago-

>>>>

As I have written many times on threads here; I have no idea of Dorner's guilt or innocence, and have made no determinations towards either as I, nor anyone else here, have not been provided with adequate truthful information necessary to make such determination.

That being said; I did learn that it is apparent that many INALIENABLE RIGHTS, GRANTED BY THE CREATOR other than the 2nd Amendment have also been pushed aside.

Right to fair trial
Right to face your accusers
Right to a jury of your peers
Right to Due Process

Whether Dorner was killed in that cabin or not, the actions taken specifically to set fire to a dwelling in which the "suspect" was reportedly located negates all of these.

If he were killed in an exchange of gunfire, that I could surely understand as a result of immediate involved action. Once the gunfire stopped (and the location changed) and there was a pause in the event - then the protocol also adapts. That is the point in which more information is pursued, as well as negotiating tactics applied. Once the person is so isolated, it SHOULD BE (and typically is) a waiting game. Those on the outside with access to extensive resources have no implied exigence of action - essentially, they can wait longer than someone who has barricaded themselves with little resources available.

Regardless of if their intentions were to smoke him out like a rat, or if their actions were out of anger in response to the earlier gunfight - such actions create a definite insight into a mindset that was determined to kill this man. If the communications that we were witness to last night referring to "just as we planned...", then there also exists an element of predetermined actions.

For a specific person or group of persons to define this course of action - to set fire to a dwelling with the belief of a person, an American citizen inside - and to accept the related potential outcome, then "they" have made the decision to be both judge and executioner without any proof of allegations against this person in an open court.

Likely, the most troubling of these times would be digestion of information available to us as we have watched events and conditions unveil over the recent weeks. The renewal of NDAA has been greatly discussed with concentration and concern of the US Government's new lead way in targeting American citizens. This event, I fear, has shown many of these things in play - the possible use of drones, the active involvement of military, and the decision and acceptance of killing the accused by burning them to death.

The labeling of "Undesirables" has been used throughout history in order to decimate, demoralize, and destroy those who oppose a particular government or government agenda, with little thought of the dangers of painting with such broad brush.

I will restate; I am not applying guilt or innocence to Dorner. I am, however, raising the same flag that I have many times before of the inevitable dangers related to accepting the labeling of "Undesirables" and the relinquishing of the BoR in order to pursue an agenda.

Yeah, I have learned (confirmed?) A LOT over the past week with regard to the government's view on the citizenry, and over the past 24 hours I also learned that things have gone so far in this country that we are ALL now in jeopardy of being labeled "Undesirable", having our constitutional protections negated, and being subjected to most any fate your accusers may choose.

Re: BRKG: Cops Responding To Shootout With Federal Officials, LA Times Confirms Dorner. Update: Dorner May Have Died In Fiery Blaze, Or Escaped
He didn't commit suicide. An FBI guy was on TV last night and said the police pushed him back in the back door as he tried to come out. Meaning they shot at him to keep him in there. A sniper I am sure hit him and then they burned him. The ACLU will be filing a lawsuit in 3...2...1... since when are police allowed to be judge, jury, and executioner?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 19200631

He tossed out a smoke cannister and ran out shooting his gun.

Police fired back, forcing him back in the cabin.

I'm curious, what do you think protocol should be when a murderer runs out firing at you? Smile and wave and let them run past? Or fire back at them?
 Quoting: JennOfArc

From what I remember... He was pushed back(err. Scared back from gunfire) was before the cabin fire started... Everyone is screwing up the timeline... Then commenting like know-it-alls... I wish someone would take the time to type out the correct order of events like it was coming through the scanner... Instead of people repeating the crap they hear from the reporters... I would, But I just don't have the time... Sorry

If you ever find yourself in a situation, where you think you are an American citizen who is guaranteed a trial by your peers because it is in the Constitution, be sure to remember that someone else may think you need to be eliminated because of the "circumstances" and the Constitution does not matter!

Well isn't that nifty.

Shoot and kill people in the street, fire out the windows, hell, lob hand grenades if you want....apparently kitty's copy of the constitution says there's an expectation that police must handle me with kid gloves and guarantee that I won't be harmed in any way so that I may stand trial. Neato! I'm pretty damned special!

I wonder if the officer laying dead on the street in front of the cabin had a copy of his constitution with him? And if so, did his make it clear to him that MY right to a trial usurped his right, to breath.

I doubt if he was "worried" about having his driver's license. It's just something that's always a part of a wallet along with money, ATM, and credit cards. He's been on the run for over 10 days...and he wouldn't need money?

I never said that those people being shot was right. Ever. I think it was BS that these people were shot. I think there's clearly a problem that needs to be addressed within the LAPD. Two wrongs don't make a right. That you think that this makes it ok that other officers/people died too, is your issue. Not mine.

Does anyone have video/audio of the moment when CBS announced the "shootout" was seven miles away at a different
location than where the news helicopter was hovering?

That'd be swell.

Hey, meanwhile, skipping backwards, does anybody remember what Keith Lawrence did for a living?

Does anybody have a 2006*2007 Concordia University men's and women's basketball roster handy? LoL.

Thanks.

Dorner's Mom Spotted Drinking Wine, Eating Chips While Watching Standoff...

The mother of quadruple homicide suspect Christopher Dorner Tuesday was spotted at an Orange County Mexican restaurant watching the Big Bear standoff on television.

CBS2/KCAL9’s Michele Gile said a woman matching Nancy Dorner’s description was with a female friend at La Capilla Mexican Restaurant in La Palma around 3:30 p.m.

Gile said the 62-year-old woman was drinking a glass of white wine and eating chips and salsa as CBS2/KCAL9 covered the latest developments on the deadly shootout between Dorner and sheriff’s deputies.

When Gile and her news crew left the restaurant, the bartender said Dorner’s mother asked him a lot of questions.

“Right after you left, she got nervous. She started asking me questions, like if I knew (Dorner)…what I know about him…stuff like that. She was watching the TV, but she wasn’t really concerned about it. She was busy talking to her friend, like it was just an everyday thing,” said Joseph Munoz.

I never said that those people being shot was right. Ever. I think it was BS that these people were shot. I think there's clearly a problem that needs to be addressed within the LAPD. Two wrongs don't make a right. That you think that this makes it ok that other officers/people died too, is your issue. Not mine.

Well Jenn of Arc

That is exactly what the Constitution says Jennie baby! If you and all the other wise asses that intend to usurp the Constitution decide to take matters into your own hands, catch, brutalize (guilty or not) convict and terminate WITHOUT DUE PROCESS (yes Jennie those are important words) this country has no rule of law. YOU Jennie baby, have no idea if this person is the right person, if he is guilty, if he did a damn thing, you know ONLY (another important word, so you don't get any further confused)what the "authorities" have told you and the story is fifty different versions. You Jenny baby are an idiot!!!

If you truly believe the Constitution gurantees your safety while shooting at police after murdering innocent people then YOU, my dear, are the idiot, as well as batshit fucking insane.
