Can You Help Solve a crime, that west midlands police are incompentent to do.

On the 7th of december 2012 a black Audi with the partial registration EN57 hit as excessive speed, a toddler and mother as they crosses a narrow high street and sent the toddler and mother flying in the air, and then drove away leaving the victims laying in the middle of the road. The Lunatic driver overtook another vehicle on the right as that car was turning right.

There are only 13284 possible end combinations for such a license plate number, and the boys in blue cant do a string search for registration listings then run a secondary and tirshery string search of "Audi" "Black" of the national police registration database,to find this perpetrator.

Even without the software, that i cant believe they dont have, cant 1 cop manually look at the listings?
