so basically there is the offical parade. with the 501c3s and mayors and what not.

Then there is the rich people having a parade with their limos and taxi cabs.

Then there is the tourist having a parade to "find" all the cool places.

Then the locals have a parade to do the noraml stuff like visit their step children.

Then there is the drunkards and fighters having a parade.

Then the cops have a parde (going on now)

Then the people are happy the cops are there and follow them around.

Then the trashmen have a parade to clean it all up.

well they just did the first sweep down bourbon,
like a cop parade bout 100 or so,
they will stay in french quater
