Why is a thread with such a misleading title being pinned... oh wait, I forgot this is GLP. Land of the mislead..

Scratch that 75% of this is misleading due to Obama being used as a source. No but seriously how? Because it didn't go up you idiot. You know that as well as anyone else with half a brain. The title should read, "President proposes raising Fed. Min. Wage to $9/hour" or similar.
