If I had the resources I would have gone to Newtown myself the day it happened. Where are the real journalists in the alt. media on this. Not one of them has proven Rosen is a liar either.

Um...he is not innocent because he failed to call the police. It's not his prerogative to decide to have talk and toy therapy and juice with the children. He has no business futzing around and dawdling when he should be informing the police that there are children at his home who witnessed a murder -- is he prescient? Does he know that the killer would be dead or what the children would "open up" about and say that might help to stop more murders? Hell, what if there were more than one shooter? Or the children had important info that could help police? The children should also, by the way, be opening up to mom and dad or the police -- not to Gene Rosen, as he seems to think. He's not their therapist. What's worse is how he goes running to any and all media outlets like an attention whore. And this is all best-case-scenario.

b) Guide them into your house, these parentless toddlers, into your den, sit them down indianstyle on the floor in a circle, fetch stuffed animals and toys you have lying around the house, and tell them to play quietly, while you go prepare some "juice" for them.

I personally am starting to think he is just a socially awkward weirdo who wandered to the fire station, saw the commotion and dreamt up this fabulous story about kids sitting at the end of his driveway.

We already have video of him wandering all over the place at the fire station. We know he was there, so he would have heard things.

I can just picture him walking up to a news truck, all crying and telling them "I had some of the kids at my house, oh God, it's so awful, I can't believe it, how could anyone do this to kids? I gave them juice. They were so brave." Bla bla bla, a few fake sobs, and he's on tv. He even looks like he's making it up as he goes along. Since he made the story up as he went, he's bound to change it as he talks to different journalists. Hence we have the angry man yelling at the kids, sometimes it's a female bus driver, sometimes he's feeding his cats, sometimes he's going to a diner, sometimes the kids look terrified, sometimes totally tired. And the media was happy to have him that day. But they've dropped him like a hot potato.

Notice how there have been no "reunions" with the kids. Surely a hero of this magnitude would have been granted his reunion.

We all know people who fabricate things randomly, and they annoy us, right? This also explains to me why his wife never appears. She's probably mortified.

Whether or not Gene was "in the know" about the hoax, he IS a liar. That is FACT, as established by the various interviews he's given.

I happen to agree with you that he is a red herring, however. Whether kids came to him or not, it doesn't change the FACT that the story, as presented by the liars in CT, is FALSE. He is a non-factor. And I agree with you that videos that say he is celebrity so-and-so are ludicrous. But that doesn't change the FACT that he is an established liar and that the story, as presented, is FALSE.

And something else. Let's say he did have kids there. If some old creeper took MY kid into his house instead of calling the cops and keeping them in plain sight, I would punch him in his fucking face and demand he be arrested for kidnapping! How DARE he take young kids into his house and dig into the toy box with them. I do think he's just a freak and liar who wanted to insert himself into the situation. Hero? I don't think so, so why is the media glorifying him?

One person we know of could defend him if she so chooses...Jesse Lewis' mom, who Gene said came to his house "her face....her face was FROZEN in fear...". Wonder why she hasn't stepped up to defend him? And no other parent has reunited creeper Gene with these kids either. He is probably known around town as a perv.

You're just a bit clueless.
1. Rosen mixed up the gender of the schoolbus driver. (in one interview it's a she, in another it's a he). Psychology: (a) if English is your mother tongue, you don't slip up on this - ever. (b) People describe real events as a visual playback in their mind. If it's real(!) Rosen "sees" either a he or a she. If it's rehearsed/learned and not visually experienced, people (Rosen) can/will screw up.
2. Rosen did NOT call 911. That speaks for itself.
3. Rosen did not invite in the schoolbus driver. Why?
4. The schoolbus driver would NOT let the children into Rosen's house under any circumstances. The kids are his/her RESPONSIBILITY; he/she knows (and is trained!) not to let the children into strangers' houses. He/she KNOWS, that letting that happen, he/she could end up in JAIL and be impoverished by lawsuits - should anything happen inside the house.
5. Rosen's house is full of stuffed toys? Are you kidding me?
6. Rosen's FAKE crying (no tears). Can YOU be this easily fooled?

I will post no proof that I actually do live here. I'm sure some have clicked away immediately at that confession and I do not blame them. You may or may not believe in what I am about to say and that is your choice.

I live in Newtown. I live about 1 mile from Sandy Hook Elementary on Riverside Road. I didn't go to work on Friday Dec 14th. I called in sick but I was playing hooky.

I know Eugene Rosen. He is an extremely creepy bastard. I know Scarlett Lewis. But I would like to know where in the hell she got all of that money to "spruce" herself up for interviews. But the Phelps and Parker families that seem to be shoved down our throat, I have no idea in hell who they are. I've asked family and friends and they don't know who they are. I know a Robert Parker, but that sure as hell isn't him in the interviews.

Gene Rosen is an admitted actor.

He cried in Spanish.

He was on dozens and dozens of different TV shows - starting in less than an hour after Sandy Hook. No real person does this. No one. Zero.

Gene Rosen is a psychological operation on us.

He was on video with a neighbor practicing his lines - calm. Then like Robbie Parker turned on the emotion from that point on.

He's never shed a single tear - no one has. Not a single person involved in Sandy Hook has shed a single tear.

OP, you cannot bunch together his different stories, and the fact they do not hang together, as you said, at all, with the lookalike FEMA and lawyer stories.

Lookalike faces are a matter of opinion, or whether or not you trust computer software to be perfect.

But the different accounts he gave are what destroy him.

The man who dropped the kids off at his house, who had a loud angry voice.

vs.

The woman bus driver who dropped the kids off.

Then there is his calling the parents and leaving messages on their answering machines, when if he had called the cops, he would have been told to take the kids to the firehouse where everything was being coordinated, supposedly. The firehouse was right next door to his house.

As a professional retired psychologist - a fact which did not appear on his original Gene's Petsitting Services website by the way, showing only some community college background - Rosen would have realized that a man doesn't take strange kids into his house, for his own protection against possible accusations, with no other adult present as a witness.

Rosen said he saw the kids sitting quietly at the foot of his driveway. In that version he doesn't even mention seeing a bus drop them off at all. He says the kids looked like they were in a skit. They were not crying or upset then. He thought they were scouts.

Rosen said he saw the kids when he was feeding his cats. Then he said he saw the kids when he was doing something else.

Plus, as a retired professional psychologist/counsellor - doesn't it seem odd to you that his emotions and reactions are completely out of control, and dramatized for effect.

Then, there is the aerial video of the firehouse later in the day (one assumes), where he is walking back and forth, putting his arm up over his head, and it looks like he is rehearsing for the next tearful interview.

Give me a break. You have not been following this on GLP since Dec. 14, or you wouldn't come up with this bogus Thread.

You are way behind, and nobody here really has time for you. Just do a search here for Gene Rosen, and spend the next two days catching up with the rest of us.

Again, the photo lookalike stuff is another level altogether, and you do not need to accept that in order to see Rosen is a liar.

So many stories. So many inconsistencies.
