There is no 'syntax' requirement that makes you immune to law. There are no 'paper people'.

You keep trying to convince yourself that if only you can utter this imaginary 'secret syntax code' that the law can't touch you.

The obvious problem being...neither the code nor the requirement for it exists.

And you saying 'the syntax is wrong!' doesn't mean anything. A law's authority isn't derived from you agreeing with its syntax. You don't get to decide which laws apply and which don't.

Oh, and the site I linked to was a just a transcript of the Organic Act of 1871. Which clearly doesn't say what some here claim it does.
