And the strange thing is that I have never been to Belgium nor know of any Belgium people. Why Belgium? Why now? What could this dream mean?  Dreams are like that, you know. Nothing strange about it. Dreams are a whole other kind of consciousness. It's not the object consciousness of the awake state which is the normal consciousness state of us humans.
