Judging from her facebook pic, which unfortunatly I don't have here right now, but I'm going to say the lady in the dark blue dress is Natalie Hammond.
I seem to remember reading that she is 40. Looks about right.

Looks like the lady on the gurney from Sandy Hook, but that sure aint the same person.

Thanks. I think the original youtube uploader of the SOTU had the wrong person. The older lady in the red jacket is definitely not Natalie Hammond and could just be a politician. I mean, she's sitting right behind Pelosi and is not in the gallery where the rest of the guests would be. She does look like the lady on the gurney but she could just as easily be a congressperson.
