Anonymous Coward User ID: 33244521 United States 02/13/2013 04:37 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | [link to cnsnews.com] Quoting: telling it straight (CNSNews.com) - So far this calendar year, the Federal Reserve has bought up more U.S. government debt than the U.S. Treasury has issued. On Dec. 31, the total debt of the U.S. government was $16.4327 trillion and then-Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner announced that the government had hit what was then the legal debt limit. Last week, however, Congress enacted a law to suspend the federal government debt limit until May 18, 2013, and allow the administration to resume increasing the debt. By the close of business on Wednesday, Feb. 6, according to the U.S. Treasury, the total federal debt had climbed to $16.4799 trillion—an increase of $47.2 billon for the calendar year. At the close of business on Jan. 2, the Federal Reserve had owned $1.661 trillion in U.S. Treasury securities. By the close of business on Feb. 6, it owned $1.7172 trillion—an increase of $51.1 billion for the calendar year. Thus, the Federal Reserve’s purchases of U.S. government debt in this calendar year have exceeded the Treasury’s net debt issues by about $3.9 billion. Also last week, the Federal Reserve announced that it “will continue purchasing additional … longer-term Treasury securities at a pace of $45 billion per month.” If the Fed continues to purchase $45 billion in additional federal debt each month in 2013 it will buy up another $540 billion in federal debt this year alone... Hey! I've got some debt to sell!! |

Quoting: *HEISENBERG* The ancient Roman Empire comes to mind as an excellent example. They also had an over extended military paid with and increasingly worthless currency and a central governmental control structure that was completely corrupt and dethatched from its incompatibly multicultural citizens. "God forbid we should ever be 20 years without such a rebellion. The people cannot be all, & always, well informed... If they remain quiet under such misconceptions it is a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty... Let them take arms... What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. " - Thomas Jefferson in 1787 |

It truly is amazing how much our country resembles ancient Rome in it's final yrs. |

Was into the metals market in 1980, and had 40,000 pounds of copper under contract, as the banks were giving $1.10 cents for 100 pennies. Using my science lab scales and a little arithmetic, I decided the government (i.e. corporation) would HAVE to start making pennies and price of copper would go UP ! Surprise ! The took most of the copper OUT of the lowly penny and substituted other LESS EXPENSIVE metals. I knew they stole the silver out of the dimes/quarters and halves in 1965, but could NOT imagine them taking the copper too ! With a commie/socialist heading the US ship of State straight to the bottom from the Mulatto House, it's the Titanic all OVER AGAIN ! Most people have NO IDEA that if we default, ALL Federal land is pledged as collateral for that debt, via the Breton Woods Agreement ! That's 1/3 of the USA ! THEN, as the feds/state/banksters own your property, house, etc. you better learn Chinese VERY SOON. Eagle |

Quoting: telling it straight The U.S. has everything to gain by letting its currency collapse under the already in progress currency wars and then issuing new fiat currency. There must be a law that people can't lie. |

Quoting: telling it straight no kidding. isn't this cheating BRICS? they just print and pay goons in costumes and pay for people inside their fence to produce more technology to attack people with. Why do countries even import to the US anymore is what would like to know. we produce nothing beside prisons and spyware. why do they not stop importing food, and everything else. that alone would cripple the US, forget about China's giant military that is now far bigger really, and newer. with millions of soldiers. WTF is really going on here? if they wanted America defeated, it would be as simple as stop importing to us. But they don't. Tells me that all world leaders are working together under some Umbrella. I think they profit off of emotional energy. that energy is what money really represents. I think, judging by all of their rituals and religious acts in music, that they are paying entities that we don't see. That is how they stay in power. That is why it is so slow. it is producing emotional energy. not just suffering, but addictions and vices. why is is in the UN building, Arcane school, Share International, etc. everywhere. zombies only believe in consumption, not the big picture. |
