This is so annoying, first of all that anyone who questions the direction of the country must be Republicans but also that most republicans are part of some machine against the people. Most are pretty tea party. They want less to do with your lives, not more. Why is that so bad? There's quite a few on the left who are also disappointed with the country but they want more control. No plastic bottles, no 20 oz sodas, etc, why not rail against that "machine"?

I haven't read the whole thread, so I don't know if anyone mentioned this, but the premise of the question is misleading. Obama know exactly how the economy works. He is trying to turn our free market economy into a socialist, nationalized one.

His anti business/capitalist activities don't come from ignorance. They spring from his marxist's malice toward the successful.

All of your premises are incorrect. Low wages do not cause crime. Come to Maine & see if you don't believe me. High wages do not ensure efficiency and good health. Look at gov't. Higher wages mean more of a cost to the consumer, meaning less low wage people can afford such luxuries as a nice car or smart phone. So what you're arguing is actually the opposite from the truth. Businesses must run a profit or there would be no reason for them to exist. If people can't live within their low wages they generally find more income which isn't illegal. Again look at Maine. We don't have roving bands of thieves supplementing their incomes.. instead people either live within their means or find a way to make more money. High crime areas have far less to do with poverty than they do with the entitlement attitude of "if you have this, I should have it too" and thats the attitude you're promoting. So let's get this right as far as left right, republican democrat, who is promoting crime and creating victims.
