You ship the jobs overseas because you CAN. And "you" don't do it...the 1% does it. I'm guessing you are not the 1%, so why are you trying to protect them? The people making $9 an hour don't cause inflation, the 1%, the bankers, and the suits manipulating the stock market cause inflation. Deter corporations from taking their jobs overseas by taking away the tax breaks if they do. Take away their gov't subsidies if they do. Bring the jobs home. You people are crazy. Businesses make money when people spend it. People don't have money to spend at those businesses when the minimum wage is so low. I don't know how even more of the US population isn't in poverty with the wages you have there.
Raise the minimum wage to $12, and force the corporations who have been outsourcing their jobs more and more over the last decade to bring them back home, instead of cashing in on low wages in India and China. You don't wonder why corporate salaries and profits have skyrocketed while minimum wage has stayed the same?
You put all the blame on Obama, but the real blame lies with politicians long before who created insanely high corporate tax breaks, subsidies for already profitable corporations, and made it easier to send these jobs abroad so CEO's can make even more money off the backs of slave labourers.
Wake up! For people who are supposedly so concerned about Communism and Socialism taking over your country, you sure seem to be ok with doing business with the commies.
