I have a 7 ½ lb Beef Tenderloin, I don't eat a lot of red meat. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do with it?
Quoting: amachiavellian Cut it into steaks. Grill over a wood fire, salt and pepper, medium to medium rare. Or marinate with a little soy sauce, worschester sauce a little chopped green onion a few hours before grilling. For salt and pepper get McCormick Montreal Steak Grill Mates seasoning.
