He stated he graduated first in his class (believable, considering he was 0-3 lieutenant in the navy, which ensures he had some type of college degree; unlike many police officers). To me, it's a sorry attempt of a smear campaign. This guy is still out there, and they know it. They did not kill him. Hence, the "there's a thousand Chris dorner's out there" remark.
