Horrible nightmares lately...

As a young boy my doctor used to creep me out with his marionettes and other things. Oh, I also got chipped back in the 80s and cut the chips out 11 years ago but they installed a new one last may.

I will tell you man. This is true but if you know what is going on you will know it is bullshit. Kind of hard to explain but in reality it is a program and you as yourself
(NOT engineered self) will begin to realize that you can control it, no questions asked.


Typical Sleeping pattern:

1. Stay up until exhausted mentally/physically but not really that late at all.

2. Once stirring before bed your mind will race and recap the days events in extraordinary details in the exact systematic way you were exposed to them.

3. Hit the hay. Usually fall asleep quickly. Right before you go to sleep you will here a "pop" in your ear or your entire body will spasm to wake you up 100%.

4. You will soon have ringing ears and in my case my feet will tingle.

5. You will usually sleep very well for one hour after the spasm. It is almost exactly an hour.

6. You will within that hour have REM and deep sleep as well as vivid dreams, very vivid. You can't really remember them but they bother you.

7. Rest of the night is a total snooze fest except if it rains in which the process starts over again.

8. Alarm goes off and you remember fucked up dreams that were vivid and real at the time. The dreams you recall as you wake up are the ones that stick with you. The flash dreams you have after you first fall asleep is the programming.

This may be all me but this is the story of my life.

listening to that was weird. i also listened to 2.5mhz on youtube and felt tingly in my whole body and it felt as if i went into a slightly hypnotic state accompanied by a headache, the headache was only for a slight second though.

theres one on youtube if you just type in 2.5mhz and its like 2 min long.
after listening to that recording, after about a minute or so in i started hearing voices.
this is worrisome. how often is this frequency generated in a way to be heard by the masses?
also, i have been diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder and my therapist believes ive been programmed to some extent, as i do now. my fathers best friend was in the CIA 30 years, he's quite old at this point.

oh...edit to add: the voices i were hearing were NOT of my alters, it was very different. it sounded like a bunch of voices talking together...it felt honestly more like flashbacks that kind of melted into each other
