The fire was started by teargas...A "burner" is a type of teargas that does sometimes set fires, but it's more powerful than a "colder" type of gas canister. When they said "burn the motherfucker" they didn't mean the house they meant to use that brand of gas.

Again that's the term they use to use a particular kind of teargas canister...yes they wanted to flush him out, but with teargas, although they do know that a "burner" canister has set fires in the past.

That has not been proven. The couple he tied up is going to be on CBS this morning. Havent seen the interview yet, woman said in a teaser "He said he just wants to clear his name" Seems to me a cold blooder killer would have just offed this couple, if thats what he was. I dont believe he did it.

If that was the case then they would not have been so cryptic about it when the were talking to each other over the police radio....they were very careful NOT TO SAY BURN....one cop said "you know we talked about"

If the trem "burn" truly means what you say they would have freely spoken this trem.

OK, Dorner died. Was he killed by his own hand? Was he killed by smoke inhalation? Was he killed by the fire? Don't know. Yes, the police have a right to defend themselves.

However, they also must preserve the crime scene, preserve evidence. The did not do this.

I think they intentionally set the fires.

Even if they didn't intentionally do that, they know fully well that the canisters would set fires, and this is proven as they had the Fire Department already staged in the area! They also know fully well that a fire would explode ammunition.

So, even if they didn't intentionally do it, they knew the potential was there for the entire crime scene to be burned to the ground, which would include the destruction of evidence.

Just because a man has been wronged by the system doesn't allow him to go around shooting cops and deputy sheriffs.

If its either him or me, trust me I'd rather that its him. You can't reason with someone whose lost their mind. He had nothing more to lose so he decided he'd go down in a blaze of glory.

I'm not saying the guy didn't deserve what he got but the job of the police is to arrest the suspect so they can have a fair trial not to play judge jury and executioner.

Christopher Dorner is probably in Canada by now, We have no idea who the body belongs to yet but when they release the findings of their DNA test my guess is they will say it is Dorner and cover up the fact he's in Canada as it's just too much money and resources to keep up the hunt for him. The whole cabin thing was probably staged by the police anyway.

How was the local PD supposed to know what he had in that cabin and what he didn't? They tried to use tear gas to force him out, and it lit the cabin on fire as can happen some times. Don't fucking forget, he CHOSE to stay in the mother fucking cabin. Shame on some of you ass holes that think his rights were some how violated. He made his choice, he tried to have a firefight with police after killing a few of them, and he had the option to come out with his hands up when the cabin was on fire.

In conclusion, those of you who think he somehow was murdered or the cops did the wrong thing here - FUCK YOU. You should've been in there with him, we'd all be better off.

I would of loved to have been in there with him, would of been like one of those old fashioned romantic shootouts. I'd of probably chosen a colt python .357 magnum and we'd of been holding that cabin down like a last post or stand. In the end as the police slowly closed in i'd of probably ordered a full charge and myself and dorner would of ran out firing at the police in slow motion with really emotional music playing in the background before we both dropped dead on the floor covered in bullets. With my last breath i'd of tried to stand again and fire my colt a few times but would have certainly met my death swiftly. Dorner's tale would make a great film really, i wonder when somebody will buy the rights to the story and hollywoodize it. They knew the gas could set a fire, and I think they were afraid that Dorner could be listening to them so they were as cryptic as they could be...I'm certain they weren't going to take him alive because of the racial allegations...Lord knows they didn't want that coming out in a trial. If they flushed him out and he surrendered they couldn't just execute him, so launching the gas and accidentally setting the place on fire was the safest decision.
