Any sort of free energy device would be multi-dimensional, at least in part.

Otherwise, movement is a form of energy, so I would think the answer to OP's question is no.

We are describing none of the materials that make up the device will be moving. Of course the electricity will be flowing.

Hey SpaceCommand, I've been looking into the free energy world for a long time, and I can tell you with 99% certainty that Tom Bearden has sold out to the oil companies, I'm sorry I don't have a link right now, but I was reading into some depth about his financing of his website a couple years ago, that ended in Big Oil.

Ok, but that *spins*.. I'm asking about something with zero moving physical parts. !! Do you think it can be done?

People have known how to make permanent batteries since at least the 1970s. Probably earlier.

Exact same concept as a permanent magnet.

Your chances of being able to make one are slim though.
