There was no beginning or end. There IS no beginning or end. Just changes. Quoting: Septenary Man Just because you can't remember, does not mean that no one can remember. Yes, there was a beginning to the consciousness of the "self". It is in the 'movement' of self-reflection. And, yes, the consciousness of the 'thinker' begins when it 'thinks' itself into existence. But, as Agent Smith says in Matrix Revolutions: "Whatever has a beginning has an end, Neo." The consciousness that is non-temporal and non-spatial is the consciousness Created by God. Michael Semantics. Yes, some will say we have a beginning to this life, and an end to this life....and can be correct. At the same time, they can be wrong, as we go on 'living' after death. I was speaking in the broadest sense. This is usually what people say when they have no Knowledge of a subject; that it is nothing more than "semantics". "Semantics" about the Doctrine of "resurrection" got tens of thousands of Albigensians and millions of Jews slaughtered over several hundred years of Christian anti-Semitism. If you don't understand the origin of what I am talking about, why not just say that you don't understand or you don't believe, rather than calling it "semantics"? If you say you don't believe it, fine by me. But, when you call it "semantics" you are merely magnifying your lack of Knowledge. Michael Michael, you have a lot of knowledge. Me on the other hand, I know that I know nothing.
