There are however large funds for Browns which are only to be used for Hispanics (Mexicans) Perhaps this Principle was sending a message to the parents without coming out and saying Browns only. Do a little research and you will see where our tax dollars are being spent and just how much is being spent with the requirement for Spanish as a first language students I wouldn't direct my anger to this one Principle who was either smart or dumb enough to put in into plain language and give it to the parents.
