Been lurking here all day, and have read several threads on this subject and have not seen Dr Astro on any of the threads. So.. a.) Did he give up on interjecting his opinion in every thread to debunk them? OR b.)Did he find out something today on this asteroid to make even him "speachless" so-to-speak?? JUST SAYIN'

in this photo we can see some smaller dots arount the big
dot who is the asteroid

every other object in the backround,stars planets or whatever, are like lines because as the telescope follows
the moving of the asteroid (steady Dot)the stars look like moving (lines)

*Every dot* in this photo is *Moving together and in the same direction with the asteroid* means we have *Fragments* here small but dangerous because the asteroid can escape from the gravity of earth considering his mass with his spead and his inertia, But...

a smaller fragment with lesser mass and inertia could be
easily captured by earths gravity and create an impact on the surface

considering the size of the dots, some meters (5 to 10),
one of them can wiped out a town

Once the object is affected by the weak field two things happen in conjunction; firstly, lets deal with the object's mass due to weak graviity. . If it comprises of varying molecular density (e.g. Lumps of carbon and lumps of iron) there might be some movement within the asteroid. There might be some (small) temperature changes - and small but uneven internal pressure changes - so, movement in parts of the asteroid. The second affect would be through altered velocity. This might be acceleration or a slowing down . . The asteroid will be moving pretty quickly so the small changes will also occur quickly. I hope it doesn't explode/break up.
