POLICE SLAM AND HOG TIE PREGNANT WOMEN ! Video

I have fifteen years in law enforcement, and I say that it was VERY wrong!

"Young woman was pulled over for improperly using her cell phone by California Highway Patrol officers. After first stopping on the right shoulder, she was ordered to not stop there, to go forward and get off freeway. Because of rush hour traffic noise, she did not hear clearly what she was directed to do.

Additionally, besides being typically scared after being lit up, and now confused about where she should go, she thought that she should go to the shoulder on the left side of the freeway and she changed lanes to her left to do this. When the CHP vehicle followed and then turned on its siren, she was told to pull off the freeway again, which she promptly did on the right shoulder after driving less than 1/4 mile. Once stopped, she was told to turn off the ignition, throw the keys out and exit. She did that and then two officers approached, one pointing his gun at her, yelling for her to turn around. She just stood absolutely paralyzed in terror with her hands open and to her side.

As the officer came up to her, she told him she was pregnant (which the officer admitted in his report), as she turned around in fear of him. The officer then kicked her feet out from under her and slammed her to the pavement face down. He then bent down on her, putting his left his knee on her neck, handcuffed her while also kicking her rib cage with his right foot. Even though she never resisted whatsoever, back up officers then HOGTIED her. She was then lifted up and placed on her left side in the back seat of the patrol car and driven to the station, which took about 20 minutes.

The police report stated falsely that after exiting the car, she was talking incoherently even though she said nothing except being pregnant, and that she was hogtied because she was flailing her legs, which she clearly did not. She is charged with evading and resisting arrest."

Ha ha ha... That made my day. Why do all pregers think that they can do whatever they want. Same rules must apply to everyone, no excuse. The cop was clearly frustrated by her attempt to weasel her way out of this situation. He didn't punch her or hit her in the face or anything. He quickly and professionally tackled her so she doesn't get any funny ideas.

Her behavior was SLIGHTLY erratic. If you read my posts above, you would realize that MANY people come off this way when being pulled over. Some people have HIGH anxiety. She was pregnant, so her emotions and mental state are FRAGILE. Of COURSE she made mistakes. She was also EXTREMELY confused as where to pull over. Judging from the video, I'd be extremely confused too.

She pulled over, and was yelled at, and told she pulled over in the WRONG PLACE.

This clearly made her nervous, and as you see, the exit where the police officer instructed her to pull over next WAS CLOSED.

So , being nervous, confused, and pregnant, she figured she should pull over on the left side of the highway. That isn't strange. Cops often times DO pull people over to the left. Sure, it THAT SITUATION it wasn't the best idea, but she was doing what she felt THE OFFICER WANTED.




The ONLY time it is EVER justified for an officer to use FORCE, is if he is in fear of us life, or a similar situation.

Obviously once she exited the vehicle, the officers could see she wasnt a threat.

The cops busted into my house with guns drawn a few years back because they found out I had one marijuana plant. I was laying in full view of the front door with my feet up on a chair because I have a spinal cord injury and had my back in traction.

It scared the shit out of me and I got up because I heard the front door shoved open and saw my pit pull charging them...I was like WTF?

They sent 10 CARS. Apparently it took that many cops to 'take down' a disabled person with one plant.

They kept me on the floor face down for 20 minutes handcuffed and then I was allowed to sit for the next 4 hours on the couch (but still handcuffed) while they RANSACKED my house. They ransacked the cars. They tore up stuff in my daughters rooms.

I had one jar with about an ounce of weed in it besides the plant that they found and made a huge deal over it, like they found a cache of stolen diamonds or something.

When all was said and done, and all of them left, I walked into the kitchen and saw they left the jar of weed behind on the kitchen counter, lol.

Yes, I chalk it up to three reasons;

1. Lousy training, both in class and by their"mentor". Completely unprofessional at every turn

2.Cowardess , rampant in police forces around the world. They would sooner shoot you than try to use their wits( mostly absent) or fists as they are mostly weak and untrained in physical altercations.

3. Unions who promote the idea of being a cop is just another job where you should milk the taxpayer for everything you can. Forget about serving the people, or protecting them, it is only a job after all. Also, remember when there were height and weight restrictions. This 5 foot fkall wimp is the exact kind of nerd that would take down a pregnant woman and then have the gall to charge her to cover his own behind.

I know that cop was a total badass slamming a woman who was armless and pregnant. This guys excessive badassness will make pregnant armless women think twice before they fuck with this guy. I have chills just thinking about running into this hardass on or off duty.
