They paid? Who is they? They is us the tax payers to fund them to serve and protect. I've seen them do this to people on the edge of a diabetic coma. Come on guys don't get your mind trippn' on who you're going to be confronting but use your eyes to see. A physically non-combative woman? Talk to her. A combative maniac? Use the force necessary to subdue the subject. I understand that morality and honor aren't the redeeming qualities of the average man these days but as the enforcer of law and justice all of you should hold yourselves to higher standards than power trips or a thrill. Be better than the rest of the men in this world and an example on how to conduct yourselves instead of falling into the atrocious behavior that you see everyday.
