She eventually pulled over, where she COULD. She tried pulling over the first time over the curb (do you think she was trying to drive off the highway?), backed off from that realizing that wasn't a logically the right choice and then continued on until she was able to PULL OVER.
God, some of you Americans are beyond fucking retarded. And that's part of the problem.
Anyone that tries to justify this borderline police brutality, needs to experience it for themselves.
