Thats what I saw too, trying to elude. Not every person that does that is a desperate maniac though. Some are just stupid. If the police want to talk to you just pull over and talk to them; unless you have some superpower or a car that can instantly take off like a helicopter you aren't getting away. There shouldn't be this kind of drama but people make it out of stupidty. Back to who should be the more responsible person that can recognize a stupid person from the felon warrent maniac and act appropriatly to the situation. The world is full of drugged out (prescription and otherwise), mentally disorded disfunctional sick people so learn about the different types and deal with them the right way!
