Why is everybody so scared to talk about race\skincoulor?

It is not socially acceptable. Doing so will get you shot down, like man of the posters in this thread.

As with MANY aspects of this place, the extreme at one side(raceblind) point at the other extreme (race hate/blind support), to try and make you think there is not middle ground(race conscious).

People are people, and they come in all sorts. That said, to pretend that race has no effect on a person is more ridiculous than saying you height doesn't change your perspective. There are statistical likelihoods, cultural associations, how others view you, how you think others view you etc, that all play into this. Many here are pointing at race without acknowledging culture which also plays a big role in how a person is shaped.

Bottom Line? Be aware of racial tendencies(though socio-economic and cultural ones are often more helpful), without being prejudicial and assuming you know what you do not.

This is obvious to those who think clearly, who are not merely operating on the basis of their programming.
