The reason strawberries make exact copies of themselves is because their dna directs them to. They cannot 'evolve' into something else, every specie reproduces "according to it's kind" to provide variety and balance in Jehovah's ecosystem. Ge1;11 And God went on to say: “Let the earth cause grass to shoot forth, vegetation bearing seed, fruit trees yielding fruit according to their kinds, the seed of which is in it, upon the earth.” And it came to be so. 12 And the earth began to put forth grass, vegetation bearing seed according to its kind and trees yielding fruit, the seed of which is in it according to its kind. Then God saw that [it was] good. 13 And there came to be evening and there came to be morning, a third day." Ge1:11 |

Ge1:11 and yet intergeneric crosses do occur in the plant world. a notable example = the fatshedera plant, the result of a cross between the genus hedera (ivy) and the genus fatsia (fatsia japonica a houseplant). this yields a new species- fatshedera. this is a new species, and no amount of scripture will alter that reality. even among the aforementioned strawberry, intergeneric crosses are possible. fragaria moschata (musk strawberry) x potentilla fruticosa (flowering cinquefoil) have yielded viable seeds. although intergeneric crosses are rare, there is little doubt that given billions of years, these crosses would occur in nature, resulting in totally new lines. new species lines that would begin long after your creation event. of course if you insist in a 6000 year old earth, there is no further need of discussion between us, because we can find no common ground. |

I think what he is saying is that you are anthropomorphisising it; making it into an entity in itself as writing itself or implying that it requires someone else to write it. A base of evolutionist thinking is that it doesn't get written by anything nor does it write itself like a self aware entity. |

This is a silly question and heres why. ALl life started out a single cells. The seeds have evolved in the very early stages whilst still in cellular scale. The microscopic organism instead of multiplying A sexually would instead leave a type of egg with a replica of itself to be born later for some reason I would have to think longer. This grandually evolved into a seed. Eggs are the same but the microscopic organism of course evolved differently to house its duplicate inside itself in an external pod to be layed and preserved until a short time later. So we have organisms which spread their seed, others who A sexually duplicate later evolving into birthing, and some organisms that would duplicate itself inside an exoskeleton inside its own body. This is the brief answer and time frames are much shorter perhaps less than seconds. with the seed type being longest to develop of all. To summarize plants werent always plants and they could well be walking around like types will be on other planets. They started out as single cell and evolved eventually into a stationary lifeform not needing to find minerals because it evolved to feed on the sun and moisture in the air and ground. |

It doesnt take long to understand, in all varieties some live and some die. Seeds wait to be activated and eggs have all they need to form from its 'mother' inside the egg. The plant always had seeds it just wasnt always a plant. |
