What makes you think it is a base, and is it abandoned or active?

Looks abandoned, could only see parts of it, too scary.

Not sure what it really is though.

What area of Germany do you live in?

This brings to mind the underground factories that Speer had constructed to protect German industries from Allied bombers. Be really really careful if you decide to go back to that place, if there isn't signage in the place saying what it is, contact your Corps of Engineers.

Consider this - a lot of the artifacts, gold, jewels, etc., have never been recovered after WWII. What if you just happened to stumble upon one of those hiding places ??? The Germans stole EVERYTHING they could get their hands on... at Hitler's request. From lots of countries.

Then would you consider some exploration ? LOL

It doesn't look as if it was from that time. There was modern technology.

Re: I think I discovered an underground base
Tell everyone you know what you're doing. Then walk in. Quit talking about it, there are so many underground bases, to find information on them won't give you anything specifically.

Again. Tell everyone you know where you're going and what you think you've found. Then go. I doubt it's anything because you probably wouldn't even get that close.

Re: I think I discovered an underground base
Those underground bases should be inspected by someone who is credentialed for it before you go walking in. They are known to be unsafe, settling foundations and all, without proper care, you could find yourself trapped. If you do go, give gps coordinates to someone before going in. Use a geocaching app for gpsing that.

I doubt you'll get much of a serious response without pictures, a serious description or location, etc. especially claiming it's "too scary" as the excuse for not entering or taking a photo.

The Germans(as a people) didn't loot or steal, the Nazis(whom hijacked Germany) did. Nazis were not just German but comprised of many different nationalities across Europe, Asia and the Middle-East. Irregardless all underground bases were recorded and have since been demolished or completely stripped by looters and allies. However in the RARE event he did find gold or silver, he'd have to have his own foundry to smelt it down into blocks to remove all traces of origin or it would most certainly be confiscated upon discovery by authorities and could [possibly land him in some trouble attempting to sell it. It'd be near useless in the form in which it was stolen.

You're also encouraging someone to enter a place that may very well be dangerous, not only from the threat of collapse from years of it being un-kept and maintained; but could contain live munitions leaving the risk of explosion and a collapse.
