On Feb. 15, the Supreme Court announced four cases that have been granted oral argument by the solicitor general, and therefore, further review by the justices. None of these was Noonan v. Bowen.

In other news; More of the same, lots more.

No. The decision was yesterday, Tuesday will see a release of notes as to why her case is dead in the water.

Research the Bolsheviks. A big reason they were successful in overthrowing the tsar, was due to the Russian soldiers turning and supporting the people.

Of course, they had bigger problems with food shortages and poverty, so their situation was extreme. And during world war 1, the people wanted peace. But it's interesting that the people banded together, including the military.

I'm not defending him. I'm tired of nowhere BS. It's obvious he is 'chosen' and has been installed by those who really call the shots. The energy should be expended on efforts that have a real chance.

Actually that is not an error. Males US citizens can't work for the federal government unless they have registered for the draft.

It looks like he fraudulently registered in 2008, since that is the year of the form. If he were a US citizen he should have registered in 1980.

But if he wasn't a US citizen, then he did not need to register in 1980.

However non-citizens aren't allowed to become presidents.

I disagree. The stakes are too high to let this usurper decide anything in an official capacity.

He must be pursued until he takes his last breath and beyond.

Yes, the court made their decision on Friday, but the announcement of what that decision is will not be known until Tueday.

I doubt seriously this will result in any action taken against POTUS. The likely ramifications of SCOTUS 'exposing' any sitting president (especially one who has already served an entire 4 year term) as ineligble are too dire. If the case were granted Certification the social split and unrest would stress our system to the brink of collapse. I guess SCOTUS could accept the case and then remand it back to California where it could be handled more discretely. But unless there is evidence SO PATENTLY undeniable that even 2 years olds couldn't overlook it, it's a dead issue. But as I readily admit, I could be wrong. We'll see.
