All fake video footage if you ask me.. No reaction what so ever from any of the drivers. You can hear their radio playing clearly and loud, so any comment or reaction by any of the drivers would have been recorded. It is right in their faces, no response what so ever..? Yeah right.. One of the last clips with the traffic webcam filming the street, you see people walking. No one stops to look and see. Such bright lights must be noticed, just as any sound it would make.
Conclusion.. Fake! :)

In the following video you clearly see the driver pull over and stop: What do you expect everyone to do, stop driving and run for the hills? These are Russians for crying out loud. A little bright light is no reason to get exicted.
