If you read the Bible you would understand.
Before current time, there was a rebellion in heaven, Satan wanted to sit on God's throne. He was the highest ranking cheribum, and in his rebellion 1/3 went with him.
And here we are. God loved us all he gave us freewill. We all are here now in flesh bodies with temptations to make our choice.
