This was not blue beam. I just mentioned it because
the same people who wanted to develop it for tricking
a populace, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they used
some other trickery to make it seem like a "meteor" had
stuck.
It might have been one. But, then I would ask again, how
come other such meteors that looked about the same size of fireball, as seen on youtube clips in recent past, did NOT take out windows and damage 3000 buildings, injure in the 1000s or make more than your average sonic boom if that?
While this one had an enormous explosion as heard on SOME
clips but not others. And something that sounded more like small arms fire.
