Jeremiah 50:12 is a good place to start:
"Your mother shall be sore confounded;
she that bare you shall be ashamed:
BEHOLD, THE HINDER-MOST OF THE NATIONS

This is a direct reference to BABYLON THE GREAT, who is also called THE DAUGHTER OF BABYLON. Jeremiah calls her directly THE HINDERMOST OF THE NATIONS. The last and the YOUNGEST OF ALL THE GREAT NATIONS AT THE END TIME. In comparison with the other nations of the world, at the time of the end, SHE WILL BE THE YOUNGEST AND ALSO THE MOST POWERFUL NATION AMONG THE GREAT NATIONS. One nation fits that description perfectly. She is the YOUNGEST and yet the most powerful NATION among the NATIONS of the world.



We know for a fact that this must refer to a limited LAND MASS AREA WITH SPECIFIC BOUNDARIES, for THE WHOLE WORLD IS NOT DESTROYED, but BABYLON THE NATION IS

Heads - Kings/Leaders - With kingdom?

Revelations 17:9-10 - This calls for a mind with wisdom. The seven heads are seven hills on which the woman sits. They are also seven kings.


Horn - King/Leaders - Without kingdom
Revelations 17:12-13 The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but who for one hour will receive authority as kings along with the beast. They have one purpose and will give their power and authority to the beast.
