Still not as hilarious as a bitch being made out of a rib bone.

A string of hair, for instance. But rib would do the job also. As usual, the Bible proves to be superior to modern science. Bones are a good source of stem cells, and the rib is the only bone in the body you can remove without hindering any functionality of humans. A rib bone can regenerate. Thus Adam was still a perfect creation after his rib bone was removed.
