I really think that THEY knew and know that things would change after the Galactic Alignment, and that the energy's BEING at this TIME are very strong.
CERN is a precision tool, it works -plays- and affects the basic particles of our composition in this reality ... And yet NOW THESE PARTICLES thanks to the energies of the Alignment are differently charged [imo]. That would make experiments with these particles more unpredictable and unstable. They know they were playing with fire before Dec 2012, but now they know they would be playing with TNT in 2013 ... They might accidentally invoke the "wrong" result, not according PLAN and agenda .... Oepsie !

As I shared with you all my experiences of how time, matter and particles have changed after the Alignment, I think that TPTB are damn well aware of it,
and that THIS IS indeed as the Mayans predicted an end of a time like we know/knew it !

2 years silence from CERN is a well calculated period. By then the energies will have settled more and have been studied more ... By then they will know what risks are to be taken and which dont.

What if tools like CERN prevented dolphins to cluster and UNITE and vibrate a frequency on mass like they do now ???

IF TPTB knew about the changing energies after 12-2012 and that they HAD to shut down CERN [CON-CERN ... a fake cern .. a fake face ... it was not what the mass thought it was for, they conned the people]
okay that they knew they had to shut down CERN for a few years because otherwise they would risk total planetary destruction becoz of inability of working with the new and unknown and thus unstable energised particles ...
Now if CERN was also a frequency control device to block and prevent certain "mental bondings" and frequencies to join, then wouldnt the PTB make sure that by the time of and after the alignment a lot [if not the majority] of the people and animals capable of DOING SUCH A JOINT would be weakened and or dead ???

What could they have used to reach this goal and prevent as much as possible???
