Ashtar Command promised that this world would Ascend into 4d in 2000 - 2001 , due to it entering the photon belt in the 1990's , so if this world was so far inside the photon belt in the 1990's that it had to Ascend in 2000 - 2001 then why is this world 3d . if it really happen's is it still in 3 waves
