So, hypothetically, is it possible to blow a nuke 50 kilometers above the Russian soil, without being intercepted by Russia air defenses?

A nuke exploding 50 kilometers above the soil. Just to create the shock wave. Operation Shock and Awe. About 50 kilometers above the soil... Can that thing arrive there without being detected and intercepted by Russia air defenses? And what if it was launched from space, and so it came from above, dropping fast? Shock and Awe. Not much destruction, just the Shock and Awe... Possibly a warning?  No. The meteor was moving at speeds far, far greater than what our ICBMs are capable of today. And there are no pieces of the meteor (thus far) because a lot of them, if not all, vaporized. If not, the smaller fragments were probably scattered so far and wide by the explosion that they won't ever be found. Agreed. Only I saw a vid where they had found plenty of fragments of the Meteor. I'm trying to find it now. Well said! Nick®
