So, hypothetically, is it possible to blow a nuke 50 kilometers above the Russian soil, without being intercepted by Russia air defenses?

since when does feather weight black ash float down from a meteor that exploded 30-50 kilometers high WITHIN 1 minute.see: 1 min mark the feather weight ash must have been moving at 0.5km per second which works out to (at 30km up) 1120 miles per hour (against air resistance)... IMPOSSIBLE. unless object lower than stated... and not a meteor,   I saw another video where you see the area brighten up and about 13 seconds later you see the concussion from the blast that's closer to 2 miles away then 30-50 km
