Draw a circle that fits the screen and move it around until the number 23 touches the edge. It will always be in the 11 0 clock position. Same with the clipping that Uncle Mikey posted.
(Why not 1 o clock? Because if you notice, the 23 is placed to the LEFT of the screen.)

Repeat the same thing. Move the circle until the 23 touches the edge. Even in the image Uncle Mikey posted, the 23 is not in the center of the page. Its slightly to the LEFT.
