FORCING people to take in convicted criminals into their places of business is "humanitarian"??
I suppose that you think it's "humanitarian" to FUCK OVER business owners, and put them in danger... eh?

They'll earn their trust when they are given a chance to do so. NO!! They were FORCED to do there time. Why not do some good when NOT FORCE too?
