And SCOTUS had to change the definition of "Mandate" to "Tax" in order to find the mandate Constitutional...wouldn't be a big deal except the word "Mandate" was also approved by two houses of Congress and Signed by Obama, so I guess SCOTUS can just re-write any law it sees fit now... I won't even bring up the fact that when the "Two Houses of Congress" and the Administration ramrodded this on us, the polls indicated almost 70% of the people disapproved of Obamacare... The goal was to get medical records online. I mean come on, the "side" that passed this would gleefully abort an unborn baby. What do they care if you have cancer? I believe the main purpose behind the new healthcare laws is tracking. Getting the records online so they can track stuff and things. Trends in diseases and all that. And on occasion as need be have access to personal records. Through the ObamaCare regulations there are pretty big rewards for getting patients records online, and pretty big penalties for not getting them online. Those of us earning less than 133% of the federal poverty line will be eligible to enroll in Medicaid.
