The Obamacare Steamroller

I have posted about the medical care my mother receives being cut, previously. Now it has been cut entirely. One year ago, my mother had a pacemaker put in. A week later, she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and sent home on oxygen.
She had a Physical Therapist coming in twice a week. The PT was cut entirely in August. She had a nurse come 2 times a week. The nurse was cut to 1 time a week as of August. She had a nurses aid coming 3 times a week. The nurses aid was cut to 2 hours twice a week, as of August.
Now, as of the 1st of January, her nurses aid has been cut totally. She has been retained, but as an out of pocket expense at $15 an hour. The nurse has been cut to once a month, and told my mother it might be cut to once every 2 months.
The nurse and nurses aid both told my mother that the cuts were the result of obamacare. They both told my mother that their agency has cut half of their staff. Medicare no longer pays for these services, except in very limited cases and time thresholds.
According to the nurse and nurses aid, this is only the beginning of the cuts to care for the senior citizens.
