I already tried making a couple threads
about this, but nobody will believe me. I heard on this
site now for a few years, that the major powers were
developing tractor beams to weaponize space rocks.
THE PROOF: it's listed as one of the applications for
HARRP In its patent.
Now maybe it makes more sense why russian bombers are
circling Guam? this has been common
knowledge ever sense harrp had the patents found.
