Track it yes, but catch up to it, NOT A FUCKING CHANCE>.. who needs to catch it? they shoot if from the front or side and let it catch up with what you shot it with. Who knows how long they knew it was coming and prepared for it? some of those vids look like a small nuke went off. much better to blast it to small parts which have less mass and will do less damage than let it hit with its full mass and do untold damage. If it was shot down there is no doubt that took lots of inertia and mass from it. letting it hit several small areas with limited damage vs hitting a city center at full blast.
