You do realize that you don't have to have one implanted inside your body to be considered 'chipped', don't you?
If you have a recently issued ATM Card, CreditCard, or even Customer Loyalty Cards - all of them now have RFID technology implanted within them, which is of course fully accessible over short remote distance with an adequately strong transceiver - this is well known and has been demonstrated as being more than just concept.
Shielding it with tinfoil is foolish and wasteful. Effectively, you are creating a rudimentary capacitor by doing this, which could actually hurt yourself, or render your card useless.
