Its no secret that IDF targets innocent children and women alike.

The soldier may well have recognized him as a little shit who was throwing stones at Jewish people, or up to some other no good. Oh and that's a reason to kill a child? You're sick.  Why don't you try throwing stones at cops in the USA and see what happens.
